      Refuse to give even basic references (dates of employment!) so if this was your employer for over a decade which is the case for many - this will jeopardise your future employment should you choose to leave.

      Pros: - Good name recognition on a resume - Strong early-career learning opportunities - Tuition and relocation support can be valuable
