Pros
People are quite friendly on the outside. It's not a very intense environment, you can have work/life balance.
Cons
Salary is below average in the market. There are no horrible managers, but lots of mediocre ones. Few great managers. Office is of very bad quality (think 80s style). Partners are extremely money focused and just want higher revenue. The "innovation" across the firm is mostly false marketing for clients; there's not much difference between this firm and others. Traditional firm that runs on billables.
