Pros

The education on various product lines was amazing, you learn so much. When clients tell you your customer service has been great or that they just want to trust your opinion, it feels great! The free products are a nice perk.

Cons

It is very difficult to get promoted, get a raise, and to request time off. Some clients are difficult to work with but not any different from any other retail job.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
