Pros

The team environment was excellent, the people were great as far as helping one another and getting along while having fun. The education with the brands and the systems is a great program for everyone to learn and stay on top of new products. Gratis is always a big pro keep you on top of the latest products and be able to tell your customers about.

Cons

The communication from the top down could be improved. They expect too much for what little tools they have, the systems with operations and sales drive needs to be streamlined so there is strategy behind what the company expectations are, the store managers don't communicate that sometimes so everyone is doing thier own thing. Favortism, poor communication and not enough recognition from the top is very common.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
