      Pros

      The best part is the gratis and all the training. I loved that aspect of the job ans also apllying makeup to clients and helping people. The hours are retail but flexible.

      Cons

      I worked at three different locations and the are all micro managed. You have to wear stupid headsets and you have to stay in zones and you get treated like a child.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
