      Discounts, even better holiday discounts, gratis, new co worker friends, healthy in store competition, building of your people skills, rewards for good work

      the company doesnt utilize all the talent they have and instead have some amazing makeup artist only on the register; all they care about is sales goals which is a given in any retail environment but Sephora managers get pissed and talk crazy is goals are not met; low pay

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
