Pros

The pay is great as long as you ask for what you deserve. Great Co workers everyone helps each other. Gratis of course was awesome once a month if sent enough from companies. Training was good to weekly brand training. The customers for the most part are fun and pleasant. Seasonal hours range 30-40+ just have open availability and you'll get the hours.

Cons

Not many hours outside of holiday season. Went from 40 to 25 after xmas. 25-15 after the new year due to poor management (beauty manager and operations) decide to stay up stairs most the shift and have favorites if you don't brown nose them. make sure your getting paid adequately to your position. I was helping/training to be operations and was still getting paid product consultant pay till I spoke up.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
