      Pros

      Very innovative, brilliant marketing and products. If you are a strong person, would recommend the merchandising or marketing depts. avoid IT. This is not a technology focused company.

      Cons

      Politics can get to you. Expect poor work life balance 3 and 4th quarters of the year Some departments are heavily focused on like merchandising. Definitely not a tech focused company. If you are in IT they will band aid something to death before investing in a rewrite.

      fun getting gratis and hosting in-store events, meeting brand ambassadors/managers, socializing with clients

      Cons

      manager created a weird environment -- coaching moments were sometimes extremely aggressive for a retail environment; strict on not applying makeup to clients unless they purchase a service. once made me move from a disabled client quickly because I was "spending too much time with them" and to further boost the store sales. felt extremely unethical.
