Training every week to keep up on all the brands Training for general knowledge (SOS) Multi-branded No commission= No sales to steal Move about the whole store (instead of behind a counter) Flexible schedule Bonus based on performance of team as a whole Work as a team for sales goals

Cons

Rude clients a lot of the time Hard to be motivated when others are not motivated Tried to advance several times and was cut short

- unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
