Pros
Tight knitted culture once u blend in and adjusted well. Great to learn and experience a luxury retail in fast paced environment. Clear career progression path ie. Can recognise great talents. A great company culture actually if followed it right. But since it is in malaysia plus in outstation, they all have their own culture already in retail.
Cons
Really hard to progress to the next role if u are outstation ( not klang valley based). Toxic and negative environment. Supervisors and managers are very supportive at times, its the senior BA’s that mostly are bad. Inconsistent commission scheme.
