I am a woman from a minority In India, i got a great response while working here, they have a diversity policy, positive culture but most important is their Performance appraisal policy, I got my first promotion in 6 months and second in another six, started as associate to senior product designer UI. I had to leave company but great working,
Cons
They gave me an independent project within Sensegrass, to design and lead, big vision of the founder, but they worked very closely with the team to work on minute details, and give chances to young employees, for some people, the salary could be low but long lasting with continuous appraisals and hikes.
