Pros
1- This is a company not made for everyone. Visionary founders and great product. 2- Love the hiring process, clear, to the point, succinct and 4 times getting confirmation from candidates. 3- Work smart, reach to a higher level. 4- flexible, remote and wfh set up
Cons
1- Not made for someone who have no idea about vision. 2- They are flexible which is good but some people take it for granted.
