Pros
Very few , maybe that in my position I could travel a lot.
Cons
Call after call(mostly useless) Big egoes everywhere in the top management and everybody giving away responsabilities for a business that cannot work properly at this size. They clearly just want to grow (artificially) and have a nice earn out.
