      Pros

      Great concept, hired some great people who all worked very hard. The design and construction team did a great job renovating the old property to make it modern and unique.

      Cons

      Company leaders didn't listen to us at the property level, guest experience and employee satisfaction suffered. Some major maintenance issues were also being ignored.
