      -the size of this organication provides opp for vertical and horizontal opportunities -the head office location is highly accessible location

      - too many old hats, things are done the "known" way - significant safety issues at the hq building - needs new blood

      Good team and good compensation

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
