Cons

Great lack of respect from upper management, no freedom to actually manage, No such thing as raises, company has a "trust but verify" type of philosophy, too many pictures to be uploaded weekly, Pitiful weekly budget to run with, No hopes of a bonus, District managers play favorites with stores, 88sears is useless in resolving issues (must wait on-hold with India for hours), ancient technology in stores (cash registers, RMUs, cash office equipment, KIN)

Pros

Good team and good compensation

Cons

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
