Pros

Great team atmosphere. Company provides all tools necessary to become an aggressive and competitive sales associate. Fair schedule. Management will leave you work as long as you sell there warranties.

Cons

Commission only salary with draw payback. Long weekends with many hours on your feet. Must meet monthly sales goal and must sell Sears home warranty. Management will be on you if you don't sell there warranties.

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
