They're really trying to get back to the base of engaging both employees and customers, a fantastic turn around with CEO Calvin MacDonald
Cons
Some upper managers doesn't get it and act like in a warzone; customer service can vary from store to store as some store managers are more flexible than others, but the customer sercice dept in general is quite inefficient
