      Pros

      Great atm plus family oriented work enviornment is one great thing about this company. Sears is in the process of trasition of their main customers toward the younger generation

      Cons

      lack of communication between stores and corporate office. The training program found to be very disappointment to me because it is not structured.

      Good team and good compensation

      Cons

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
