It seems the corporate office changes direction ALOT This year its Retail Role/ Store Certification I expect this will be forgotten in large part like Clean and Bright ( last years main project) We're tired at Store Level. More and More programs that seem to divide our time and energies. Feel like we have lost our way.... drowning in paperwork and the customer is no longer our primary focus.
