Pros

If you like customer service, a good place to work, can make decent money in peak seasons, not a physical job.

Cons

No recognition for a job well done. If you don't sell a high percentage of protection agreements, installs, and credit apps, you are dirt to them....and you will not get hours, and will eventually be let go...some employees are cut throat, especially the old timers, they will steal your sales in a heartbeat. Management definitely needs team building skills. Out of about 10 managers there, only about 3 are competent enough to command respect from employees. The Store Manager is above reproach, but it goes downhill from there. Finally, there is absolutely no room for advancement, even from part time to full time....forget about it!

Pros

Good team and good compensation

Cons

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

Pros

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
