Pros
I liked the competiveness of The Credits applications, for others it was harder I did well with them between 200-250 a month it made between a $500-$700 Extra Income, which was great. I loved working with the customers, Most of Management was positive and upbeat. it's a good starter job
Cons
the bad part was customers with other issues and it reflects your feedback, Management doesn't hear the 2 sides to every story, don't do too well on Metrics or the LP alleges you are doing something wrong (actually makes allegations you are doing something illegal) It's a No win situation. High turnover in Employees as well as management, never did you just do what was in your job description if your a cashier, you did MCA work because often they were low on MCA's if your not up to that kind of work it stinks coming in 3 hours before you normally do to fold clothes, Make sure you are aware of the written rules if not ask to see it in writing ie... Price over rides It is assumed you are to honor a price when a sign is left up to late or in the wrong place, it falls on you if you over ride that without management approval. Very little onboarding training support.
