External client matters is additional. Poor leadership. - Managers are always overwhelmed with tasks leading them with the inability to lead. Bosses overlook employee's abilities and take additional efforts for granted. Imbalance of biasness between management and graded staffs. - Management union is not protected and seemingly non-existent. Graded union has strong backing, protected even if staff is in the wrong. Poor training. - Training for management is unavailable. Even at the fundamental level of an executive. Basic functions is learnt when it comes up, or through mistakes. Environment. - Colleagues vary between promoted graded staffs/middle aged managers with little Compensation. - Pay is on the lower scale in the aviation industry. Succession of information. - Handover notes are dependent on the predecessor and his/her computer ability. Traditional culture. - Processes are not forward looking and is heavily dependent on the managers/bosses.
