Very sad outlook - Operations Manager Sats Employee Review

Company going through major restructuring. May not be profitable for longer years. Anticipated industry pickup in the aviation sector. However, never had expected an extremely low bonus for this year. Largely due to the acquisition of WFS. Most will not wait, time is what we do not have as the years gone by to provide better for the family. Personally, I foresee we may not even see a 3 months bonus is 5 years.
