Bad Experience - QA Assistant Sats Employee Review

Very bad culture, seniors always bully new comers. They have hired alot china aunties who do not possess any qualifications in the QA department just becos they r cheap. Somemore these china aunties are fierce and unreasonable, like gossip and create misunderstandings btw you and the boss. They dun follow haccp rules, bake their personal items e.g socks, orange peels in the oven which supposed to use for drying up lab utensils. HR is a bully too, another employee applied PR need company employment letter just to simply prove their employment there . (Not sponsorship letter), they say less than 1 year working they will not provide. Lucky that employee still got his PR approved.
