Favouritism can be extremely apparent. Most management staff are ex saf officers. The old guards can be very light ears. Tends to easily believe what they hear and start condemning good loyal staff. Some AVPs have very high chins, curry favour next level kind of person. Know what to say to make the bosses happy. Can talk a lot but interpersonal skills sucks. When communicating with person who are lower level, sounded like still in the military, lack respect and empathy most of the time. Also like to badmouth others who are up and rising to eliminate competition.
