      The culture and the clients they work with. This give you opportunities to always continue growing, being part of big companies even tough you are a contractor to them.

      Cons

      In the contractor modality, no holidays or sick days are contemplated. They should consider some days even if it is with a limit.

      Pros

      We are all part of the organization and can speak up and contribute in any level. We all have a voice and we all work for a common goal, to grow both individually and collectively. It truly feels like a family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Every issue or need I had I raised to my manager and we were able to work it out.
