      - A limited amount of "first-class" projects and clients. - Not a lot of room to learn a specific tech if it doesn't fall into the company's business scope.

      Pros

      We are all part of the organization and can speak up and contribute in any level. We all have a voice and we all work for a common goal, to grow both individually and collectively. It truly feels like a family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Every issue or need I had I raised to my manager and we were able to work it out.
