      Being around professional sports and entertainment is exciting and your co-workers are engaging people to be around.

      Cons

      You are expected extremely long hours without complaint(or compensation if you are salary), huge disconnect in management directives to employees, and with those expectations being based in reality or not. Commission pay is low are rare.
