      Pros

      Good pay, flexible hours- good job for students or easy second job, decent perks, not much is expected from employees.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, no benefits unless you're full time- and hardly anyone is, upper management doesn't value employees, 'fun' work environment is frowned upon.

      Can experiment and try new things. People are wonderful. Sports is fun.

      Executive team as a joke. They can’t agree on anything and that conflict trickles down.
