Lots of good people who are working hard to turn things around - lots of teamwork Sabre has great benefits The work is challenging and rewarding The executive team is incredibly candid and honest - so refreshing!
Cons
Cafeteria food is awful ;) Accountability for poor performance could improve; often feels like leading with a people first attitude is an excuse for poor leadership which can become toxic to good performers Interview rigor for candidates is poor and requires structure and accountability (and training for those interviewing)
