You get 4 weeks paid leave (up from 3) and 3 holiday days after five years. Pretty stable. Relaxed work environment. Flexible working hours and days.
Cons
Process, Process, Process. Like typical Corp America, you get buried in the red tape to do anything. There's a stop and start button for change management. If you press the stop button 1 sec after the change window, your change is marked failed and you have to go to a change advisory board meeting to explain why and get a verbal beating. They kill any innovation. Penny smart, pound foolish.
