Pros
Salary and benefits are very competitive. Medical plan is very good, along with a 6% 401k match, paid vacation final week of year and an additional 6 weeks of paid vacation each year.
Cons
It’s a global operation so normal business hours is not a real thing. Early morning meetings, late nights and weekends are not uncommon. Vacation time is use it or lose it - no rollover and no buy back. No employee stock purchase plan option.
