      Great team bonding. Lots of travel opportunities and good growth within the company. Really relevant work to the industry. Sense o satisfaction at the end of the day.

      Inter-department communication (with HR, finance, etc.) is excruciatingly slow.

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
