Pros
There is a good work environment and the office is nice and you can work from home the majority of the time in many departments. The pay is decent
Cons
It's very disorganized and too many hands in the pot on projects but no one wants to take ownership of issues that arise in programming. A lot of conference calls about conference calls. They like to come off as innovative and fresh but it's easy to just throw your hands up and go WTF. Plus they are laying off people right now while they are hiring in other countries for jobs that could be done in the US. That's not cool. They could just shift people around but don't want to.
