- Former AMR / American Airlines company which still ignores and defends bad managers - Many managers have little to no leadership or motivational skills - Quality of data and services they provide is generally out dated, not accurate and overpriced compared to the competition - Cultural diversity is heavily weighted by temporary foreigners from India with bias towards women, and other employees, similar to the CAST systems in their own country - English is the second language spoken here, not English. Very difficult to understand during meetings and conference calls - Promises are not kept, be sure to get everything in writing before working here - Google type atmosphere quickly fades once the smoke and mirrors go away - High employee turnover, ask why the previous employees left and why there are so many current job openings, its not all because of growth - Bad reputation among current customers - Obscene profit margins, yet tight fisted managers who demand more profits and higher margins
