      Pros

      good company but need to improve in the interview process.

      Cons

      company is good and i was excited, when i got a call for the interview. But totally disappointed with the interviewer, His communication was worst. he was not able to understand the answers. Only looking to the screen in his laptop and was reading the questions from there.

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
