Pros

Passionate and knowledgeable people. Many nice colleagues. Great work flexibility to work from home (even if work contract doesn t state it), which is the main reason people work sooooo hard and remain with Sabre.

Cons

Absolutely no visibility in management strategy. Rarely expect a 'thank you, well done' from upper levels. Workload has been raising like crazy. You may have conference calls until mid night, or during Saturday. Many colleagues in burnout situations. Lots of bureaucracy. Very US centric company, where guys in Texas never consider regionalized market needs. Don t listen to EMEA or APAC recommendations. MAnagement not really caring about employees well being, not listening to their employees suggestions to improve service, All is urgent, and it is a perpetual stress for most people involved in Implementation, training, account management. Not had real team meeting for years. Not many hires and people that are leaving or are laid off are not systematically replaced. Situation where you feel guilty to try to recover extra time.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
