The Sabre Travel Network Software Support is just loser Call Center based in Krakow. You'll receive calls non-stop for all the day, dealing with frustrated customers that will shout on you. There are not possibilities to grow anyhow. Who is being promoted are only the girls that had some kind of relationship with Managers from Uruguay. The atmosphere is so sick and often you can encounter episodes of mobbing. Your time is fully monitored, very short breaks and lunch time. Every time you need to go to the toilette, you have to notify the ACD team! No flexibility and very difficult to take holidays when you need, almost impossible during christmas time or other bank holidays. No salary increase even after 2 years of working.
