      Pros

      The company offers good opportunities to learn especially on GCP. Although, cost cutting is starting to hit here too.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? The company has been utterly mismanaged from a financial preceptive, since Covid-19. That has led to large layoffs every couple of years. In February 2026, the CEO stated in an internal memo that from now on layoffs will be a way of life at Sabre. The only future I see for the company is bankruptcy within the next 2 years.

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
