Pros

PTO and year end break

Cons

I'm truly surprised to see any positive reviews of Sabre from the past year. The company is failing and the employees are the ones paying the price. Leadership is missing revenue targets each quarter, but constantly attribute it to outside factors - there is NEVER any accountability. Furthermore, there are multiple lay-offs a year, causing those who stay to take on more work with already very full plates, and never a meaningful increase in pay. In 2025, team members got a measly 1-2% raise after working their butts off. Even better, Sabre won't be able to pay out bonuses in full (try half), and they were never impressive to begin with. With this comes the career growth ceiling. They refuse to promote people because that would require them to pay more, so whatever level you're hired at, that's where you'll remain (but you'll be expected to take on the responsibilities as if you were promoted). Employee morale is abysmal. Seriously, everyone is miserable, to the point where people wonder if being laid off is better than staying. If you're thinking of joining Sabre for the work from home flexibility, think again, then run. Leadership is slowly and meticulously stripping those benefits, and they're tracking badge swipes (they'll lie and say they aren't). Everything, and I mean everything, is smoke and mirrors. Leadership consistently and blatantly lies to employees. Any pressure put on Kurt (the CEO) results in him throwing a tantrum in a company-wide town hall and telling his employees (who, as a reminder, are NOT being paid fairly for their efforts) that they can see themselves out if they don't like it. My advice for those still there? Take Kurt's advice and get out before the ship sinks entirely – you'll be doing yourselves, and your career, a HUGE favor.

Pros

Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

Cons

Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
