      Pros

      Decent pay and some of the best professionals I've met here. Worked across multiple roles in my 10years with SLB.

      Cons

      Nowadays, its become hire-and-fire company. More than layoffs, whats crazy is their logic behind layoffs. They'll layoff people doing two jobs while keep unproductive contractors in the same team. Lots of politics now in mid-levels too. Senior leadership says all is good in monthly/yearly meetings and then very next week fire a bunch of ppl belonging to a project that's nearing completion.

      the promotion system or bonus system does not encourage hard work or innovation. hard work is not rewarded.
