      Career opportunities and a good amount of compensation.

      Cons

      Great company but the talent acquisition team that is managed by Ali Hanif Sheikh is incompetent and biased. New employees were hired based on personal preferences rather than their qualifications. In comparison, the company's previous talent acquisition manager was a better recruiter due to his efficient human resource management.
