Pros
The job paid well. My short experience started out with a tough training course, but this was a great learning experience, it almost felt like boot camp. Then it was off to the field to operate some really cool machinery and technology. Lots of interesting and reputable experiences to tell friends and family about, as well as being able to put some down on your C.V.
Cons
My review may be biased as I worked during the gluts of the 2010s. Heavy work load on field engineers as a lot had been let go. The work place could be toxic sometimes. Management may lack integrity. But experience may vary,
