      Pros

      Great training program. Friendly atmosphere. Good 401k match. Exposure to multiple product groups.

      Cons

      Pay starts off competitive but few and small raises are given after that even with large increases in responsibility. Lots of structural change within the company after the acquisition by Schlumberger.
