      - emphasis on personal development - descent benefits compared with market and 401k match up to 6% - lots of smart coworkers

      Cons

      - lack employment engagement - longevity of career uncertain. Little experience within some of the engineering teams - poor management of human resource - Lots of layers and non essential personnel adding cost to projects
