      Travel, training ,rotation on and off , Fellowship.good pay . Alot of benefits such as medical insurance for employee and his family ,child schooling Well organized and structured company .

      Cons

      Long working hours ,Stress, always under pressure ,during down turn lay off is the first option for managers or in best case a leave without pay
