      The pros is that it’s near a coffeeshop

      Cons

      Management will say yes first and say no later. This is a MNC but act like a local SME. No career opportunities, no pathway in here.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
