      The culture is amazing, the environment is incredible.

      Cons

      The pay sucks especially if or when it is considered that this is an multinational firm. The management is probably the worse I ever came across.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
