      You get good experience within GMP enviornment, CRO company.

      Cons

      Don't pay well. Don't respect their employees, don't have good benefits, Biased place, Unorganized management, Won't care for your health or anything, tough to get 1 day off

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
